SHIPPING POLICYWe are still a small company, so once you place your order it takes up to 2 business days to process, print and be placed in the mail. Remember, this doesn’t include weekends, but don’t worry! We are always working hard to make sure you receive your order in a timely manner.
Domestic Shipments: Currently PPG ships USPS First class mail so that your order reaches you in three to four business days from when it leaves our factory in Los Angeles.
International Shipments: Currently PPG ships First Class Package International service via USPS. We charge a flat rate of $20. International orders are not eligible for free shipping at this time. Due to the nature of the shipping method, there won’t be tracking available once it leaves the United States. Once the package departs the United States, it is estimated 7 - 30 business days for delivery depending on the location. PPG strives to stay innovative and keep our customers informed, therefore we are currently working on a solution for this and should have something in place in a few months. We appreciate your patience!
We can always promise comfortable and well-made garments, but we can’t promise delivery times. We can’t control delays caused by the weather or the postal service. If the maximum number of business days has passed and your package is missing, please reach out to us, and we will assist you the best way we can!
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for some reason you are unhappy with product you received, we happily accept returns for refunds, store credit or exchanges.
Please note: Gift card purchases are final sale.
We want you to be happy so if the:
- Item Received does not look the same as item ordered.
- Item Received doesn’t fit.
- Item Received is the wrong color.
- Item Received is the wrong size.
- Item Received has a different saying than item ordered.
- Unsatisfied with the quality of the Item received.
We deeply apologize for any mistakes made on our behalf and ask that you email Love@ppg.life to resolve these issues. We cannot guarantee your return or exchange will be processed if you do not ship your package using the return label we provide you and the package is lost in the mail.
All merchandise must be returned to our shipping department within twenty (20) business days from the date you received your shipment. All items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered with the original tags attached.
Once your merchandise is received please allow 7-10 business days for it to be processed, we will issue a refund, store credit or exchange. Please note, any original shipping charges are non-refundable. We will notify you via email with your order update. We appreciate you and your support for all things “good."
If the issue you have does not qualify under one of the above, for example you chose the wrong item, size or color. It’s okay, we are all human and we make mistakes! Please follow the same steps as above and your request will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Q. When will my order ship?
Most regular orders ship within 2 business days (M-F). When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the email.
Q. I just received my tracking number, but it's not working. Can you help?
Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update. Tracking information can be a little delayed, but we promise your package is en-route!
Q. How does my store credit get issued?
We issue store credit in a dollar amount equal to the cost of the merchandise returned (less shipping for international orders). To use your store credit, enter the code provided to you in the email!
Q. Why isn't my promo code working?
There may be a restriction that's causing your code not to work, so make sure to double check the fine print. Some codes are for first time customers only. Make sure the code hasn't already expired. Q: I can't log in, and I'm not receiving an email to reset my password. Help!
It's possible that you joined our daily email list, but haven’t created a PPG account (these are two different things). To create an account, click “login” from the homepage. Then, click “NEW CUSTOMER?” and complete the fields to create your account.
Q. My package was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it.
Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and that happens. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it's best to check with your postman. It's possible your package was brought to a neighbor. If you can’t find your package after 3 business days of it saying “delivered” please reach out to us and we can help resolve the issue.
Q. How long will it take for my exchange to be sent to me?
Once we receive the returned merchandise we will ship out your exchange.

Q. Did you receive my return yet?
You will receive an email when we process your return for store credit or your exchange. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your package to arrive and our Returns Department to refund your original form of payment. For more about our return policy, visit the Shipping and Returns page, or reference the invoice included in your box.
Q. When will X graphic or style be back on the website?
PPG is growing and changing every day! We thank all of those who have supported us from the beginning. Subscribe to our email list as sometimes we will add product mid season, we will also be including new graphics we know you'll love.
Q. You’re out of a particular size and color that I like?
First of all we apologize, that could be a combination of high demand or the season is over! Either way subscribe to our email so that you can stay up to date on all things PPG, we will notify whenever we release new product, bring a product back or get a popular style or color back stock!
